The funny song that some kids did for their French class that will help you learn the meanings of all of the "Dr. and Mrs. Vandertramp" verbs. (These are the verbs that use être, not avoir, in the passé composé.)
Keep in mind these little mistakes:
1) They wrote "reste" but it should be "rester" (to stay). 2) They wrote "devinir" but it should be "devenir" (to become). 3) The three words that mean "to return" were translated incorrectly. The correct translations are: --- revenir means to come back (to where you are now) --- retourner means to go back (to somewhere besides where you are now) --- rentrer means to return home 4) They forgot the verb naître, which means "to be born."
